Games, clowns, food, prizes, live music and arts and crafts are among the highlights of the day, which will be held Saturday, June 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the St. Andrew Community Center, located at NE HI* A *» 8lh and Alberta Streets. The goal o f the festival is to break down barriers that separate people with different needs. The participants and volunteers will come from all areas of Portland and beyond. The festival is sponsored jointly by St. Andrew Parish and the Office 2* for People with Disabilities of the Archdiocese o f Portland, as well as local businesses in northeast Portland.
