The Mercedes-Benz C Class was introduced to the market four years ago. Since that introduction it has seen an increase in its sales. It is offered in a variety of models: sport, sedan, w agon and price ranges making it appealing to the buyer. Although there have been i mprove- ments to the C-class line up, the price has not increased. The prices start in the $26,000through $55,000, The C32O Sedan offers the tradi tional ride quality and responsive handling that one might expect from M ercedes-Benz. The C32O sus pension gives the driver the feeling o f being “one with the road." It clings to street leaving the driver with a sense of control. At any speed, handling is comfortable and secure. The C32O sedan engine is smooth and quiet while cruising, however when you step on the gas you will hear the roar of the engine. There are 221 pound-feet of torque at 3000 rpm available when needed, sup plying enough strength with mini mal vibration. The transmission is responsive. It also will adjust to y o u r d riv in g sty le w h e th e r smoothly sailing or pushing the pedal to the medal allowing the driver to get the most fuel efficiency. The biggest change in the C- Class is the front fascia, bumper and grille. The grille has three hori zontal bars to give it a distinct look. The sport sedan models have a more aggressive lowercladding that has been used on the AMG models and a sportier air dam. The C -C lass is the m ost ap pealing for the first tim e buyer. It gives you the sam e q uality o f the larger E-C lass or S -C lass at an affordable price. It delivers luxury an d c o m fo r t in its c la s s . The actual services required varies from project to project and is usually an unanticipated situation. The COR must have an understanding of the current City. State and Federal rules and procedures for Federal grant projects. The City, via this competitive RFP process, will select one COR firm.
