Drawings are available of the ramps and should be used as reference only. Contractor shall be responsible for all field measurements and post layouts. The Scope of Work of the Bid Package outlines the conditions and description of the services. Additional walk-throughs will be permitted to all potential bidders who attend the mandatory pre bid or any sub sent by qualified potential bidders by contacting Randy Whitworth, Project Coordinator at 503-220-5720. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential primes and subs on Wednesday, January 5,2005, at 10:00 a.m. in the Oregon Zoo Resource Room at the above address. A site visit is planned following the meeting. Please park in the red painted spaces within the gravel parking lot inside and to the right of gate A. The Resource Center is inside and to the left of Gate A. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Attendance at this meeting is required for all potential prime bidders to comply with the Good Faith Program associated with Metro’s commitment to doing business with Minority (MBE), Women-Owned (WBE), and Emerging Small Business (ESB) programs.
