Preliminary plans, pending fur ther discussions with neighbor hood representatives and City zon ing officials, calls for 56 affordable one- and two-bedroom rental units with rents below 60 percent of me dian family income and 6,400 square feet of ground floor commercial space. In addition, there would be 45 loft-style condom inium s with av erage sale prices o f $ 125,000, and an additional 6,400 square feet o f ground floor com m ercial; and 7 three-bedroom tow nhom es for sale targeted to fam ilies at or be low 100 percent o f median family income.
