REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS Oregon State University Parker Stadium Field Surface Replacement Project Request Information before Wednesday, February 18,1998 Proposals due Wednesday, March 4,1998 Oregon State University (OSU) is preparing to replace the artificial play field in Parker Stadium with a sand-based natural grass surface. The sub-surface will be modified, and a gravity- fed pump station drainage system installed. Additional work will include the engineering, design and construction of an artificial turf practice field to be located nearby. Both projects are on the Corvallis Campus. OSU is seeking a landscape architectural firm or civil engineer ing firm experienced in natural grass and artificial turf athletic field design. The team should include members experienced in collegiate and/or professional athletic field design and develop ment. The selected firm will work with OSU Facilities Services, other qualified consultants and members of the Athletic Depart ment to complete the goals of this project.
