(1) The Multnomah Education Service District is seeking
proposals to perform the Annual Audit of the financial records
of the district for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1998, The
District seeks to allow for up-to-four renewal options of one
year each for fiscal years 1998-99, 1999-2000, 2000-01 and
2001-02.
Sealed proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Agent at
11611 NE Ainsworth Circle, Portland, Oregon 97220-9097 until
Friday, February 20, 1998, at 2:00 p.m.
(Pacific Standard Time).

Parker Stadium Field Surface
Replacement Project

Oregon State University (OSU) is preparing to replace the
artificial play field in Parker Stadium with a sand-based natural
grass surface. The sub-surface will be modified, and a gravity-
fed pump station drainage system installed. Additional work will
include the engineering, design and construction of an artificial
turf practice field to be located nearby. Both projects are on the
Corvallis Campus.
OSU is seeking a landscape architectural firm or civil engineer
ing firm experienced in natural grass and artificial turf athletic
field design. The team should include members experienced in
collegiate and/or professional athletic field design and develop
ment. The selected firm will work with OSU Facilities Services,
other qualified consultants and members of the Athletic Depart
ment to complete the goals of this project.
Landscape Architectural and Engineering firms interested in
assembling a design team must respond in writing before close

Network Specialist
The Eugene W ater & Electric Board is a municipal utility seeking a
Network Specialist to join a small workgroup supporting networked
com puter hardware and software used by the various business
functions within the utility. EWEB operates a 300+ workstation
Ethernet LAN Using Netware and Windows NT 4.0.
Broad experience with W indows workstations and server configura
tions. Network infrastructure experience including the hardware
components (routers & switches) and the software components
(configuring routers, switches, TCP/IP, IPX) is also required. Net
works server, installation and maintenance experience with Netware
and/or windows NT 4.0 is required. Demonstrated problem determina
tion skills, ability to work independently and as a team members,
ability to learn rapidly and keep abreast of rapidly changing technology
is highly desired. Recent work experience performing network admin
istration or providing direct support of a network is required. Certifica
tion as an MCSE and/or CNE is a plus.
Qualifications are three years experience in LAN and PC hardware or
software support such as would be gained by employment in PC and
Network Support Analyst II or similar position. Two year degree in
Com puter Science with technical courses in Networks, Personal
Computer hardware, Operating System software or other applicable
technical education.
