The H om epartner product line w ill provide liberal cre d it guideline and fle x ib le dow npaym ent options iza tio n . In a d d itio n , U S B M C has re ceived investor approval to a llo w use o f “ cash on hand” fo r downpaym ents. H om epartners C onventional 3/2 L oan P rogram is a vailable in a ll U S B M C markets to borrowers w ith incom es up to 100% o f the area me dian incom e.
