This is full time, live-in, 10 month, faculty position with the rank of Instruc tor. The Resident Director is re sponsible for the overall admin istration of a residence hall com plex consisting of approximately 700 residents. The Resident Di rector is also responsible for the selection, supervision and train ing of the residence life student staff and is expected to coordi nate the student conduct pro cess, facilitate programming and work with the student govern ment.
