This project is financed through the Community Development Block Grant Program with funds obtained from the U. S. Depart ment of Housing and Urban Development. The contract will be subject to regulations of the Departments of Labor and Housing and Urban Development. Attention is called to the Federal Pro visions for Equal Employment Opportunity, HUD Section 3 re quirements, and the minimum wages as set forth in the contract documents. The contractor must be prequalified by the Oregon Department of Transportation and registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board persuant to ORS 701.035-80 prior to bid opening.
