One permit is for the federally funded Air port Way industrial access roadway, the other is a Regional Permit for the Columbia South Shore Ur ban Renewal area. Consultant qualifications will stress experience and knowledge in addressing eco nomic justification of alternatives, the preparation of 404 permits, and development of administrative and regulatory provisions for a local Wetlands Manage ment Plan.
