REQUEST FOR
QUALIFICATIONS
The Portland Development Commission (PDC) is
soliciting requests for qualifications from consultants
for the preparation of two Corps of Engineers 404
Permits. One permit is for the federally funded Air­
port Way industrial access roadway, the other is a
Regional Permit for the Columbia South Shore Ur­
ban Renewal area. Consultant qualifications will
stress experience and knowledge in addressing eco­
nomic justification of alternatives, the preparation of
404 permits, and development of administrative and
regulatory provisions for a local Wetlands Manage­
ment Plan.

Consultant(s) selected will work with PDC to prepare
a final work scope, a project schedule and fee struc­
ture. Copies of a draft work scope are available at
the PDC offices, attention Charles E. Olson, 1120
S.W. Fifth Avenue, Suite 1102, Portland, Oregon
97204-1968, (503) 796-5320. Responses are due at
the PDC office no later than 1:00 p.m., Wednesday,
July 8, 1987
The Portland Development Commission encourages
participation of Minority/Women Business Enter­
prise contractors in its projects. The established
Commission goals for participation is nine percent
(9%) for Minority Business Enterprises and nine per­
cent (9%) for Women Business Enterprises.
