Oregon, until but not after 11:00 a m , Local Time on August 20, 1986, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Council Chambers, Civic Cen ter, 555 Liberty Street S.E., Salem, Oregon for the "CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER MAIN IN HAN SEN AVENUE FROM LIBERTY ROAD, WEST TO M OUNTAIN VIEW DRIVE " The proposed work consists of: approximately 948 lineal feet of 12 inch ductile iron waterline, complete with other appurtenant works and approximately 30 lineal feet of six inch (6") ductile iron waterline.
