June 15 The City of St. Helens invites Bids for the following Bicycle Path Construction Phase III Sealed proposals for the construction of the 1964 Expansion of the Newport Wastewater Treatment Plant, addressed to City of Newport, will be received at the office of the City Manager. The work contemplated consists of construction of a mechanical bar screen facility, 60-foot diameter biofilter, three aluminum domes, odor control equipment, pump station modifications, and grit conveyor modifications The work will be totally financed by local funds. Drawings and Specifications may be examined in the office of the City Manager, Newport, or at the office of the Engineer, CH2M Hill, 2300 N W Walnut Boulevard, Corvallis. Oregon 97339 Aggregate base preparation, asphalt concrete paving and other related work to complete approximately 3,495 lineal feet of bicycle path con struction within the City of St. Helens. Oregon Width of asphalt con crate varies from 2' to 9'. Detailed specifications are available from the City Administrator.
