Standard specifications may be obtained from the office of the Public Works Director for $15.00. The City of Pendleton Standard Specifi cations will apply to all construction work and it is the Contractor's respon sibility to obtain the latest revisions made to the City of Pendleton Standard Specifications (latest revisions, April, 1982). Bidders must be pre-qualified in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon and submit pre-qualifications to City p rior to bid opening. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied' by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form payable tc the City of Pendleton, Oregon, in an am ount not less than five per cen' (5% ) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond for faithful perform ance of the contract in the full amount of the contract price. All Bidders must comply with ORS 279.350 and pay prevailing wage rates set forth in statewide collective bargaining agreements in effect with any la bor organization or Federal Labor Standards whichever is greater.
