It is one o f a series called “ Environm ents EastWest ” a monthly radio presentation which features music, public affairs, and histori cal. cultural and community information from Portland’s Asian communi ties. The program is a function o f the Y M C A o f C olu m b ia -W illa m e tte ’ s Refugee Project and K BO O Radio, and is produced by V IS T A volunteer Lucinda Wong. ‘ ‘The people from each Asian com m unity should get the credit for the programs,” Wong said.
