Obviously, we have to run our businesses wisely or we’d soon be out of busi ness. But we’re also citizens of the Portland area and we have a stake in the future of all our neighborhoods. If you have applied for a loan to buy or repair a home and you feel you’ve been re jected because of the loca tion or age of the home, let us hear front you. I Iere’s what will happen. We will hear you out. Review your case. .Vnd if vou were treated unfairly by one lender, we will try to get that lender to reconsider. If that fails, well try to find another lending institution that will grant you the loan you need. Well do what we can to help. We don’t promise miracles every’ time, but we promise to try. Otherwise some pcrlcctly good homes would be forced into a tragic early retirement. * >F ... ->F # TtWS .“ (»VP. PAiV F. J-JJi'TF.iT ’ !'PJi .r'pXV.LAI>V> .AWARDS FAT. /St.W T.V.
