The grant application was prepared by the Division of Manpower Planning and Administration, Carl E. Simington. Director Programs funded by previous manpower legislation will complete servicing under cofitracts now in effect; therefore, most CETA activities, under Title I of the Act, will be performed and reported during the last two quarters of the fiscal year (July 1, 1974 to June .9). 19751.
