1 SCHOOL CHILDRE If S WATER COLOR COMPETITION Rules of Competition All effort must be executed In water colors. The name. aire, address and school attended must be riven by contestants In apace provided for same. All school chil dren of Portland and vicinity are eligible, except membera of families of Oregonian employes. All advertisements In the croup must be colored. City contestants must have efforts In The Oregonian office by Monday noon, one week after date of publi cation. Out-of-town efforts will be accepted until 9 A. M. Tuesday. If In the opinion of the Judges any of the winning efTorts are of eitial merit 'he prises will be divided equally. Prlxe winners will be announced Monday of each week, when successful contestanta may cail at The Oregonian office for their pnxes. .The winner of the first prise any ona week will net be permitted to compete during subsequent weeks. All efforts are to remain the property of The Oregonian. Packages containing the goods advertised can be had at any dealers.
