WILSON'S AIM WONDERFUL One Possible and Two 40s Made by One Marksman Evans Also lilts Mark, Making Botli Teams In Xatlonal Tournament. Chiefly through the wonderful shoot Ins of George V. Wilson, the Portland Revolver Club last night hung up. a score of 1131. which tied the highest mark of the season, made against San Francisco two weeks ago. The match 3ust night was No. 11 of a series Bhot In the National Revolver Association Tournament. Portland's opponents will not be known until their scores are re ceived. George Wilson made a "possible", in the second target and followed that up-with 49 in the last target, after he had made a similar score on the first sheet of the night. Wilson also made the team for Match No. 12. On the first team he scored 235 for the five targets. His second shooting brought 226. I K. Evans made both teams. In the first match he came near making a "possible," placing but one Bhot off the black spot. This shot was so close to the line that it took a microscope to rob him of the "possible." Captain Moore and W. H. Hubbard also made both teams and the fifth places went to Walter Hansen In one shoot and to H. H. Craddock in the ether.
