CATTLE DISEASE KILLED Wilson Declares Outbreak In. Eust ern States t'nder Control. vVASHIXGTOX. Dec. 1. Secretary Wilson today declared that the foot and mouth disease among cattle which has been prevalent In the states of ilichigan. New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland is now under control.
