V THE HORNING OREGONIAN, WEDNESDAY, MARCIT 13, 1907. f3 AMUSEMENTS. NEW TODAY. NEW TODAY. DO $40? If you do, that settles it. You can purchase a lot in Rose City Park. The monthly payments are so small, only 3, that you can easily meet them. There is no doubt but what you can sell that same lot in two weeks at profit. Besides the invest ment feature, there are M ANY OTH ER REASONS Because hundreds of people visited there again yesterday and many lots were sold. Because of the enormous demand for lots in that tract. It even surprised us. Because it is a natural location for an elegant and high-class district. Because over One Million Dollars, altogether, will be needed to carry out plans. Because there is pure water, pure air and there will be excellent neighbors. Because of the best car service in the Northwest, telephone and electric lights. Because of excellent gravel soil, which insures natural and perfect drainage. Because it is close in and situated on a straight road to the shopping section. Because every street will be parked and a fine boulevard system established. : Because the prices are about half what they should be and the terms are very easy. Because many new homes are being planned and many others are contemplated. Because there is a building restriction of $1500 to $2000 and a building line. Because cement sidewalks will be laid and the streets are now being graded. Because there is a fine speedway, 80 feet wide and three-quarters of a mile long. Because many of your closest friends have already decided to buy and build. Because it will prove the most popular home neighborhood in the city of Portland. FREE AUTOMOBILE SERVICE.
