Storm southeast warnings are displayed at -all stations In "Washington and southwest warnings are displayed along the Oregon coast. A maxi mum wind velocity of 48 miles southeast occurred during the afternoon at North Head, but elsewhere the winds have not yet Increased to high velocities. Moderately heavy rains have fallen in the North Pacific States and In California, and the temperatures continue mild. The con ditions are favorable for rain In this district Wednesday with no marked change In tem perature. The wind will increase tonight and later shift to southwest, WEATHER FORECASTS.
