THE MOKNING OftEGONIAy, FRIDAY, MARCH 2, 1900. Question for Registration Officers. FISHER. Lincoln County, Or., Feb. 22. (To the Editor.) I noticed In your Issue of February i. a letter from Register C. B. Moortfii, telling the people how to get cer tified copies of their naturalization papers. This certified copy Is to be used to enable a naturalised citizen to vote. Now, If a citizen has proved up on his homestead and lias his papers to that effect, I would like to know if that Isn't sufficient proof of his being a naturalized citizen without his having a copy of his papers?
