The undersigned hereby certifies that assignment of the trust deed was made by Beneficiary Sterling Savings Bank which as- signed its interest in the above-referenced Deed of Trust to Bank of the Pacific on May 31, 2013 via execution of an Assignment of Deed of Trust and Any Related Documents, which was recorded on June 11, 2013 as Instrument No. 201305030 in the Records of Clatsop County, Oregon.
