PCD requires a firm with direct experience in tidal wetland restoration, and levee and bridge design that have experienced civil and structural engineers licensed in Washington State on staff or retainer. The successful firm will advance the previously completed Phase 1 analysis and 30% design to develop Final Designs for the cross levee and Parpala Road Bridge by December 31, 2018.
