The House Committee on 5ules ultimately voted on Thursday to insert the latest version of the reneZ able enerJy bill, includinJ the biomass provision, into another piece of leJisla tion and send that bill to the House for a À oor vote. They did so in order to revive the bill after it stalled in the face of 5epublican opposition in the 6enate. 5epublicans in the 6en ate, Zho oppose the bill, are draftinJ a minority report. There is no deadline to pro duce the report, so the move could prevent the measure from cominJ to a vote before the end of the session.
