Whereas, the beginning of the hearings will be conducted at the Naselle Timberland Library from 5 to 7 pm on Monday January 11th and 18th 2016, where this defendant will take testimony from the public as to the claim of ownership that Mr. Appelo made under oath in his affadavit when he filed this lawsuit. Defendant has asked the U.S. Justice department to investigate the actions of Mr. Appelo, and requested $50 million dollars in punitive damages against Plaintiff, regarding this suit.
