The Gulls shot a team UHFRUG LQ ¿QDOURXQG action of the inaugural District 1 Regional. And speaking of the state tournament, the Gulls will be a huge favorite, the ZD\ WKH\¶UH SOD\LQJ 7KH Class 4A/3A/2A/1A state tournament will be held Monday and Tuesday at Quail Valley Golf Course in Banks. “We had a good day (Monday), then followed it with a great day today,” Seaside coach Jim Poetsch said. “We are playing some really good golf at the right time of the year, and we are looking forward to what SURPLVHV WR EH DQ H[FLWLQJ state tournament.” Seaside senior Sam Hin- ton tapped in for a birdie on WKH¿QDOKROHIRUDXQGHU par 71 and a two-day total of 148 to run away with the medalist honors.
