Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The work consists of complete interior and exterior renovations to an existing 13,226 sq ft two level structure con- structed in 1946. Generally, the Work includes all demolition and new work as described on the Drawings. The reno- vated facility will include a new commercial kitchen, a large dining space, supporting office and storage spaces. A new stairway and elevator will be constructed for access to the lower level. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing sys- tems will be bidder designed. Site work consists of new paving and conversion of an existing ramp into a stair and landscape planter. The full extent of the Work is described in the Drawings and Project Manual. Sealed bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM, local time on February 26, 2015 by Ken P. Cook, Public Works Director, 3rd floor City Hall, 1095 Duane Street, Astoria, Oregon 97103.
