Addition to Committes. Charles Al bright, Franklin T. Griffith and Elmer E. Charman have been appointed a com mittee to act in conjunction with the committee on street and public property in collecting subscriptions for the con struction of the south end of the bluff road. At the former meeting of the city council the committee on street a and public property were authorized to col lect the subscriptions and make neces nary surveys, and this additional com trit tee was appointed Taesday morning to assist them with the work.
