Fisher is looking over all the missionaries along the coast. Orel Welsh left Monday for Ann Arbor, Midi,., to take a four years' course in medicine. Mr. Welsh is a young man 21 years of age, aud haB graduated from Oregon City high school, McMinnville College, also from the University of Oregon, at Eugene.
