Rugbs. Rev. L. 8. Chapman held services at Dover and Bull Run Sunday. ,W. 0. Califf, the smveyor, of Ore gon City, has been plotting a town site in Cln rryvillo for W. Regnor of Seattle. Mr. Califf expects to go to Welchos to finish up a survey there after tho holidays. MOLALLA. The indications now point to the transition of old Molalla into a sub urban flat juts outside of the railroad town that apparent conditions seom to be already slowly but snre'y working out, while our cross roads sleep along, dreaming th it no railroad could well afford to go by our four coruors. The good ronds mooting held nt Barton Hall was attended by most all of tho freeholders of District No. 40, but the special tax levy failed to carry. The vote was twelve in favor to twenty-one against. Sam Ljou is homo for the holidays. The now church project is progress ing veiy slowly, so slowly indeed that no movement cau be perceived latolv. Tho road supervisor has just put iu a bridge across North Eagle Creek on the Guy Woodlo road. This now makes three bridges across tho north fork of Eagle Creek.
