The Old Swimming Hole Is there a man so dead who nev er to himself has said, in deepest raptures of his soul: "Me to the dear old swimming hole?" Then with a whistle to the lad on the street, and two fingers raised, for the place to meet, with eyes that sparkle like a living coal, sneak away two lads to the old swimming hole. Oh the old winiming hole denrest home of the soul through the hot summer days, is the old swimming hole. "Oh, the old swimming hole in the long, hazy days, when the hum drum of school made so many run aways; how pleasant was the jour ney down the old dusty lnnc, where the track of our bare feet was nil planted so plain; you could tell by the dents of the heel and the sole, there was lots of fun on hands in tlie old swimming hole."
