He said groups of five to 10 kids will begin in the lobby where they will receive some basic instruction. Northwest Hub and other volunteers will do the bike inspections while the kids are in the training. The kids will then go through the course itself, which will be set up in the parking lot. At the end of the course, Keizer police officers will escort each group on bike rides. Sangster said the event itself will mostly be held in the south parking lot at city hall.
