These assessments may fl uctuate according to the utility company’s rate structure and the electrical consumption within the district. 3. Modification of Proposal. The amount of assessment proposed on the described property could be modifi ed as a result of testimony at the hearing so interested persons should attend the hearing in order to have an opportunity to testify on any proposed changes. 4.
