For 15 years Adam’s Rib Smokehouse has been serving the area’s best authentic American BBQ. Their food is so popular owners Mike Adams and his wife Katrina opened a second location near Keizer, just across the Parkway, in 2016. “We try not to regionalize ourselves,” said Mike Adams.
