Offi cers eventually shat- tered one of the car windows to place the man under arrest. The incident began about 2:30 a.m. June 21 when Of- fi cer Esteban Perez observed a 2000 Chevrolet Malibu alleg- edly driven by Brian Richard Beesley, 59, on River Road North.
