Lake Oswego-based Trench Line Excavation Inc. was awarded a contract to replace water mains on several Keizer streets at the City Council meeting Monday, Dec. 5. Replacement water mains are slated for Ivy Way North- east, Thorman Avenue North- east, Lawless Street Northeast, Lowell Avenue Northeast and Arnold Street Northeast. The project includes the replace- ment of approximately 3,740 equitable for all groups con- cerned so that we would offer the same thing to other organi- zations should they come and ask us.” Councilor Amy Ryan deliv- ered the dissenting vote, noting she didn’t receive any additional information from staff or the Chamber to change her mind.
