The Grantor or any other person obligated on the Trust Deed and Promissory Note secured thereby is in default and the Benefi ciary seeks to foreclose the Trust Deed for failure to pay: the full balance of principal in the amount of $536,313.99, which was due and payable in full on January 2, 2016; property taxes and assessments, as due; plus late charges and advances; plus any unpaid real property taxes or liens, plus interest, plus pre-foreclosure attorney fees. 5. AMOUNT DUE.
