The baby girl weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces. The parents are Jose Gonzalo Manuel and Rosenda Piedra of Keizer. Siblings are Jaer, 12, Betzy, 9, Amy, 2. Grandparents are Alejandra Sanchez and Enrique Leyba, Reynalda Garcia Juarez and Gonzalo Manuel Mendazo. • Evan Taylor Anderson was born December 9, 2015 at Salem Hospital.
