Gamma Phi Beta is the sorority. It has granted a ch ar ter to the 1 an Pi, a local sorority which has been in existence sonic four | or five years. Its m em bers have al ways been prom inent in U niversity student life, both socially and politi cally. Last year the Tau Pi moved in to a beautiful new home on T h irteen th and Alder S treets which it now occu pies. ,'lic sorority will in future he known as Xu C hapter of G am m a Phi Beta. Gam m a Phi Beta is one of the largest, oldest and most conservative of women's secret college societies. It grants chapters only after the fullest investigation and for good reason.
