f o r ts of fillings so one could
choose ab o u t any th ey d esired . A
fe a tu re o f th e sale w as th a t tw o
m em b ers b ak ed over 25 pies, due
to som e of th e ladies being u n a b le
to c o n trib u te , so they pooled th e ir
reso u rces and "h ired " o th e rs to
b ak e for them . T he ladies w an t
to th a n k all those who p atro n ized
th e ir stan d an d to in v ite every o n e,
both m en an d w om en, to a tte n d
th e ir sale, all d u rin g his w eekend,
of new and used goods, a t the
