At this meeting there w ill be an election of officers of the association and a revision of the by-laws suggested. The suggest ed change is to have board meetings take place just before meetings of the city council so business may be bet tier trans acted. A m atter of considerable stat ure was the proposed acquisition of an encyclopedia, details of w’hich may soon be worked out. Mrs. M. S.
