O thers hoping S aturday were Mrs. P aul Whirry’, Mrs. Jam es E. Koeller, Mrs. Cliff Beem. Mrs. ( harles S tan h u rst, Mrs. William ^ rs’ " a>np Davis, Mrs. W illiam Rooney, Mrs Clyde S. ’Ucrs, and Mrs. Edw ard P eter- son' - The volunteers w ere m em bers of m any local organizations in- eluding the VFW’ Auxiliary’, Az alea Garden Club, Lions Auxili ary, Topaz Rebekah Lodge. Several children also helped with the posters. They w ere Jeanne Beem, Nigel Smih, and , K athleen Ann Koeller. The group is working in coop- eration with Dr. C artw right, Curry County H ealth Officer, and Mrs. Eben "D orathea” Miller, Cur- ry County public health nurse. FLY TO MICHIGAN Mr. and Mrs. Ray Reiser have left Brookings to fly back to Flint .Michigan, w here they will pick up a new 1955 Buick. From there they will m ake a to u r of the south, including New O rleans and visit relatives in Los Angeles before returning home.
