No dam ag e is reported. This w as the heaviest th u n d er in this section for several years. Duane Shelton, statio n ed at F ort Ord. has com pleted his basic train in g in the arm y cam p. He visited his p aren ts. Rev and Mrs. Jam es Shelton, and his tw o sis ters on Sunday. He left on the evening plane to report at the arm y camp. He will be sen t w ith his division to G erm any. Mrs. Blanch F a v o r left on a S o u th w estern plane M onday, go ing by way of M edford to Chico, w here she will visit for several weeks w ith h er d a u g h te r and fam ily.
