Local N ew s H appenings A b o u t Folks You K now While Neil Nelson, fire chief. took a crew ol firemen out west , if town tor a practice run on Saturday, a fire was reported in the house trailer of Bob and Clara Goyke in the old airport area. Since there are 22 listed volunteer firemen, there were enough men handy to take out the old lire truck. The small fire was under control when the fire men reached the location. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hale and three children arc now at home, alter being under medical care since the Christmas vacation pe riod. when they received injuries in a three-car wreck near Cave Junction. Mrs. Hale, a teacher in the local school, expects to be at her desk within a short time.
