As always, it is the m ilitary, the blundering basic m achina tions of savages. (And we conceitedly boast that we are civilized,) However, I repeat, in reality we are blindly and unthinkingly fol lowing the sam e conservative and bloody p a tte rn originated and practiced by our forefathers of the dark ages (the basic p attern unchanged).
