Thursday, October 23, 1952 SMITH RIVER Among those who are attending the California State Grange at it’s 80th Grange session to be held in Santa Barbara from Oct. 21 through the 24th are Harry Manning from Crescent Red Wood Grange; Kathryn Wier, delegate from Lake Earl Grange; Eitrel Goodlin and Mae Rutter of the Pomona Grange. Among those from the Smith River American Legion Post 712 and Auxiliary who attended the district meeting held in Eureka Saturday and Sunday were Com mander and Mrs. Andy Mellon, Andrew Nilen, President of Aux iliary Mrs. Mae Crook and past president Mrs. Lucile Lawn. Rev. W. J.
