Add Carnation Milk and wa ter gradually. Cook until thick ened. stirring constantly. Stir in salt, green pepper, lemon rind, tuna fish, hard cooked eggs and heat through. Serve in noodle nests or over toast. Garnish with a dash of pap rika and sprig of parsley. Makes 6 servings.
