Ya teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped
green pepper
1 tablespoon grated .
lemon rind
1 7-oz. can tuna fish?
drained and flaked
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
6 noodle nests or 6
slices toast
Melt butter in saucepan, add
flour and stir until smooth.
Add Carnation Milk and wa
ter gradually. Cook until thick
ened. stirring constantly. Stir
in salt, green pepper, lemon
rind, tuna fish, hard cooked
eggs and heat through. Serve
in noodle nests or over toast.
Garnish with a dash of pap
rika and sprig of parsley.
Makes 6 servings.
